Dr Lauren graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She began her career at Children's of Alabama and has over 11 years of experience in inpatient pediatric therapy with an emphasis on care of critically ill infants, including infants with congenital heart disease, neurologic involvement, prematurity, tracheostomy/ventilator dependent, gastrointestinal disease, and a variety of genetic conditions. She has advanced training in general development from birth to 3 years, neurodevelopment, neuroprotection in the ICU, sensorimotor development, and care of children and infants with congenital heart disease. Dr. Lauren began her career at Physiobaby in 2023 and is excited to pivot her skills from the hospital to a holistic outpatient setting. 

 

Dr Lauren is a wife and mom of 2.
